    • Important note about credit card payments:
    • The payment platform in A New Mattress website uses the 3D-Secure service, which reinforces the security of online transactions. This service is free and allows you to make online payments with increased security, by entering a single-use numeric code (one code per purchase) sent by SMS to the cardholder's mobile phone.     • You can return a product up to 14 days after delivery. The product must be delivered in perfect condition and with all its original content (packaging included).   •   How Deliveries Work
    • After payment of the purchase, the order is processed. The mattress will be delivered to the address indicated in the purchase process, and may take up to 15 working days to be delivered. In case of any doubt please use the contact form available in the Customer Support area.
  •   How shipping costs work
    • Free home delivery (indicate the address where you want to receive the product) to mainland Portugal:
    • Shipments to the islands are only done with mattresses rolled with an extra value of 39 € of shipping costs which are automatically added to the purchase price if you choose to deliver to the islands.
