  •   How is the payment made?
    • Paying is easy, safe and hassle free! You can pay with Visa Credit Card, Mastercard or ATM card.
    • We guarantee secure payment on all your purchases.
      1. Choose the mattress you want to buy with the corresponding measures and click on buy.
      2. Fill in the delivery and billing details, choose the payment method you prefer (Visa / Mastercard or ATM) and click Checkout.
      3. Enter your Credit Card details or pay the respective ATM references at your Homebanking or at an ATM. And that's it! Just wait for the delivery of your order!
    • Important note about credit card payments:
    • The payment platform in A New Mattress website uses the 3D-Secure service, which reinforces the security of online transactions. This service is free and allows you to make online payments with increased security, by entering a single-use numeric code (one code per purchase) sent by SMS to the cardholder's mobile phone. It is available for MasterCard / Maestro and Visa / Visa Electron cards. The activation of the 3D-Secure service must be requested from the bank issuing your Credit Card. Your credit card information is never stored on our servers and is of the sole responsibility of SIBS. If you do not have this service activated, you will have to resort to payment via ATM, choosing the other option.
  •   Until when can I return a product
    • You can return a product up to 14 days after delivery. The product must be delivered in perfect condition and with all its original content (packaging included). Returns of incomplete products damaged by the customer are not accepted. All returns must be sent or presented with the respective invoice and this completed form .   •   How Deliveries Work
    • After payment of the purchase, the order is processed. The mattress will be delivered to the address indicated in the purchase process, and may take up to 15 working days to be delivered. In case of any doubt please use the contact form available in the Customer Support area.
  •   How shipping costs work
    • Free home delivery (indicate the address where you want to receive the product) to mainland Portugal:
    • Shipments to the islands are only done with mattresses rolled with an extra value of 39 € of shipping costs which are automatically added to the purchase price if you choose to deliver to the islands.
